Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, not working, or you receive the wrong item, contact us within 14 days of delivery.

Please include your order number and clear photos or a video showing the issue. After reviewing your request, we will provide an appropriate replacement or refund.

For approved damaged, defective, or incorrect-item claims, customers will not be responsible for return shipping costs.

Change of Mind Returns

If you change your mind, unused items in their original condition and original packaging may be returned within 14 days of delivery.

Non-Returnable Items
